A: Rates vary depending on where the order is being shipped to. Orders over $50USD automatically qualify for FREE SHIPPING!

General Questions
Q: Are your CDs MAC compatable?
A: None of our CDs have been designed for a mac. They may work but we cannot gaurentee their functionality.
Q: What are the system requirements for your CDs?
A: Currently all of our CDs are compatable with all Windows based computers. Some CDs require the installation of Macromedia Flash Player.
Q: If I am unhappy with my purchase can I return it for a refund?
A: We offer a 30 day money back gaurentee to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the order to the following address with your order number and reason for returning.

A: We do! We offer substantial price breaks for large quantity orders.

Q: Are the photographs printable?
A: Yes all of the photographs are printable.
Q: My CD won't open, it seems blank.
A: On a windows PC please navigate to My Computer, then RIGHT CLICK on the CD-Rom drive and select "Explore". There should be an index file of some kind, open that file and you should be good to go.
Q: What is Mr. Sid Viewer?
A: Mr. Sid viewer is a free browser plugin that doesn't take up any of your computers resources to run. It is included with many of our CDs for it's ability to view photos in a browser. If your computer will not work with the version included on the disc, it can be downloaded for free (and for mac) via a simple google search "Mr. Sid Viewer".

Q: How do I place an order?
A:Buying from our online store is very simple. Browse our categories on the left hand menu, find the products you were looking for, click ADD TO CART, when you are ready, view cart & checkout.
Q: Can I fax my order?
A: For large orders (purchase orders) you can submit via fax to: (321) 445-4244. Note, you must have an account with us before faxed orders will be accepted.

A: Anyone can become an A2zcds.com reseller. We have nearly 4000 members across the globe! Our program is the perfect online selling opportunity.
Q: How does it work?
A: Simply sign up by clicking here. There is a one time membership and setup fee of $29.95. You're account will be approved within 24 hours. Start selling our products and watch the orders come in. As you collect payments (via paypal, or your own merchant account) you submit your orders to us in a batch (a day or few days worth all at once) by logging into your account, adding the items to your shopping cart and completing checkout. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. During checkout have the ability to enter up to 100 different shipping addresses at once, and assign products to each address.
Q: How much can I earn?
A: There is no limit to how much money you can earn. The more you sell is obviously the more you will make.
Q: I don't have a website, can I still sell your products?
A: We track via cookies. When someone completes an order, it automatically kicks back the verification of a completed sale and the comission is added to your account.
Q: Do you have Data Feeds, or an easy way to list your products on various websites?
A: Yes, we do provide data feeds for over 15 leading shopping comparison engines, ecommerce platforms and shopping channels such as eBay, Buy.com, Overstock Auctions, and more!
Q: What if a customer needs to make a return?
A: If the product is damaged or will not work it can be returned for exchange. If the customer prefers a refund it is up to you to decide To make a return please instruct your customer to write on their original packing slip the reason for returning, and if they would like an exchange or a refund.
Q: What price should I sell the products at?
A: You can set the price however you feel best fit, though you must not sell under our retail pricing. Important: We check all sales channels monthly for pricing and we also encourage members to report any reseller who is selling under retail. If you have noticed someone abusing our pricing structure please contact us and we will take action immediately.
Q: When should I contact customer support?
A: If a problem isn't answered here, you should contact our support team via email or live help. You should be able to determine if a customer qualifies for a return or not. If they receive the CD cracked or damaged, have them return it for a refund. If they are unhappy - have them return it for a refund. Basically, the customer is always right!
